Reshipments

Reshipments at Gomeisalabs.to, all our orders are insured, if your order does not arrive or is lost in the postal mail (USPS) or a product arrives broken we will send you the order again, remember that all our shipments have the following delivery time in normal weather conditions:

USA: 2-4 days.
USA – California: 3-5 days.
CANADA: 6-8 days.

Exchanges

We will exchange your product if it arrives broken, bad or expired. We will resend it within a maximum of 3 days after you send us proof of what happened.

Shipping returns

If your order is returned by USPS, we will resend it free of charge, remember to enter your shipping address correctly when placing your order. If you entered the address wrong and the package is lost, gomeisalabs is not responsible and we will not refund or resend your order.
